Our operation is based on a piece rate progressive bundle system. Our normal minimum order quantity is 10,000 units; however we accept orders on a case by case basis. We are computerized and use a sophisticated bar code system to track all production from cutting to shipping. Our turnaround time is usually three weeks from the time we receive the goods depending on the style and requirements.

Each line is equipped with section supervisors and in line quality control auditors. All units are inspected in the line, 100% inspected prior to packing and 10% of the packed goods are audited prior to shipping. All quality data is tracked and kept on file for future reference. Our main priority is to provide our customers with quality that exceeds their expectations.
